Familyfriendlywork.org is a resource that seeks to implement and improve family-friendly benefits in the workplace. We believe that families matter, and we also know that people have to work. Unfortunately, sometimes this means that people can't spend enough time with their families. As people deal with issues like child care, parental leave, elder care, paternal leave, sick leave, flexibility, and more, many parents find that their workplaces either don't want to or don't know how to deal with workers with caregiving responsibilities.

Our goal is to empower employees and workplaces to implement as many family-friendly benefits to the workplace as possible, and to influence others to do the same. We believe that as employees request change, employers will see the value of helping their employees deal with their responsibilities. In the future, work-life issues will become not just a benefit, but a business strategy. Let's meet the future now.
